I added KAP because I want to offer another way to help you go deeper, faster, and access parts of your healing that might feel out of reach. Ketamine doesn’t replace the work we do together; it enhances it. It opens doors, allowing us to explore and heal with clarity and intention.
KAP involves a dual partnership.
While administering KAP, I collaborate with a trusted provider specializing in ketamine treatment, ensuring you’re medically supported every step of the way.
The Medical Side (Journey Clinical): You’ll meet with Journey Clinical’s medical team to assess if KAP fits you. They are responsible for the prescription and provide medical oversight, so you’re always safe.
The Therapeutic Side (That’s Me!): My role is to guide you through the psychotherapy part of the experience. Together, we’ll prepare for the session, create a safe and supportive environment during the ketamine journey, and process everything afterward.
What does a KAP session feel like?
You’re in a comfortable, quiet space, fully supported and cared for. As the ketamine begins to work, your mind loosens its usual defenses, those familiar walls of fear, doubt, and overthinking. They start to soften.
