Here’s a little about me.
Hi, I’m Nicole – a wife, mother, and therapist. And like you, I’ve felt the weight of burnout. I know what it’s like to pour everything into everyone else only to realize you’ve left nothing for yourself.
While growing up, I believed working harder and pushing through exhaustion was the only way to succeed. But that mindset eventually led me to a breaking point. The constant striving left me overwhelmed, depleted, and questioning if I’d chosen the right path.
It wasn’t until I faced my burnout that I truly understood what it means to prioritize myself.
Therapy, self-reflection, and overcoming those impossible standards allowed me to heal. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
Why do I do this work?
I’ve been in your shoes and know how isolating it can feel. That’s why I’ve dedicated my practice to helping women – especially high-achievers – break free from the cycle of burnout and find balance, joy, and purpose again.
